Most migrations take approximately 2–4 weeks from project start to launch, depending on how much content you have, how many students need to be transferred, and how quickly access and information are provided.

Your website is custom-designed and built directly in Kajabi. Depending on your project scope, this can include custom website design, Kajabi setup and configuration, responsive optimization, custom domain integration, basic on-page SEO, website functionality, QA testing, and pre-launch review.

The goal is to give you a polished Kajabi website that is ready to launch—not just a set of designed pages.

Full website copywriting, keyword research, in-depth SEO strategy, and brand identity development are not included in the standard website package. If you need support in these areas, I collaborate directly with trusted specialists in my Kajabi Experts Circle — copywriters, SEO strategists, and brand designers — so your project stays cohesive even when more than one person is involved.

Absolutely. If you already have a design direction, you can provide a Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva design, screenshot, or website reference for inspiration.

You can also use AI tools to explore layouts, visual concepts, and ideas before the project begins. We'll use your references as a guide and translate the approved direction into a polished, responsive Kajabi website.

If you don't have a mockup or clear design direction, that's completely fine. We can develop the visual direction based on your brand, content, goals, and references.

Yes. The website is designed and built directly inside Kajabi, so you receive a functioning Kajabi website rather than a design file that still needs to be developed.

This also allows us to test the actual website experience—including responsiveness, navigation, buttons, links, forms, and other functionality—before launch.

Yes, when needed. We may use custom CSS, HTML, or other code to achieve specific styling and design details that aren't available through Kajabi's standard settings.

Extensive custom coding or complex development is not included in the standard website package. If your project requires significant custom code, advanced functionality, or more extensive development work, additional fees may apply based on the scope and complexity.

Our goal is to use code strategically where it improves the design and user experience—not to add unnecessary complexity to your Kajabi website.

That's completely fine. Projects start at $925 USD for a 3-page website, and larger websites are scoped according to the number of pages, complexity, content, and functionality required.

If your website needs additional pages or custom functionality, you'll receive a project-specific quote before work begins.

Both options are available. We can migrate your content as-is to preserve your current design, or use the migration as an opportunity to redesign, depending on what you want out of the project.

Yes. Custom domain integration is included in your website package. We’ll connect your existing domain to Kajabi and make sure the necessary settings are configured correctly before launch.

You’ll need to own your domain and have access to your domain provider’s DNS settings. Domain registration or purchasing a new domain is not included.

Yes. Kajabi is designed to be user-friendly, so you can make your own updates and changes after your website launches.
