Why the Right Kajabi Expert Matters
Searching for a Kajabi expert, a Kajabi website designer, or someone to handle your Kajabi funnel or migration? Who you hire matters more than what you pay.
Kajabi is powerful.
It's also easy to build wrong in ways that don't show up until months later: a checkout setting quietly costing you sales, a migration that tanks your search rankings, a sales funnel that looks finished but was never built to convert.
A Kajabi website that looks good and a Kajabi website that actually works are two different things. The difference comes down to who built it.
My Humble Beginning
I'm a Fine Arts graduate from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. Design was never the backup plan. It was my passion, the one thing I always trusted about myself.
But a design career isn't always where a design degree leads. I ended up in customer service instead, and stayed for 11 years. By the end, I was a Team Lead in Quality Assurance, leading a team, holding a standard, and getting genuinely good at it. Design was still the thing I missed most. Just not yet the thing I was building toward.
I left that job with no savings. I was 32.
Someone told me I'd never succeed in design without connections in the Philippines.
I believed something different. So I kept going.
I taught myself Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I opened an Etsy shop selling clip art, graphic images, and invitations. I showed up and designed. Every. Single. Day. Not out of obligation. Because it made me feel fulfilled. That feeling is what kept me disciplined.
After 2 months, my first sale made a sound: "cha-ching". I remember exactly where I was sitting when I heard it. That sound told me something. I can do this.
Etsy never made much money though. I kept going anyway, designing on the side while I figured out what came next.
In October 2017, I was recommended for a role on Kajabi's technical support team. I knew nothing about online business. Nothing about websites, marketing, or launches. I said yes anyway.
I adapted. In 2018, I earned Kajabi's Best in Customer Satisfaction and Top Customer Service Representative of the Year. That same year, I transferred into Kajabi's newly formed VIP Implementation team, the group handling Kajabi's highest-tier clients through new websites, migrations, course, and everything in between.
Eventually, I left to work as a Kajabi virtual assistant. That role taught me things Kajabi support never could: managing my own time, running day-to-day operations, and going deeper into marketing, SEO, strategy, and launches. I stopped being someone who only understood the technical side of Kajabi. I became someone who understood the business behind it, the course creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs actually running it.
In March 2020, I went out on my own to find out what else I could become. I started on Fiverr, an online marketplace for freelance services, with no reviews. Just a handful of pages I'd designed before, and the nerve to put myself out there anyway.
One client became a few. A few became repeat clients, hiring me for Kajabi websites, funnels, course setups, and email automations. Then Fiverr took notice. They hand-picked me for Vetted Pro status in Kajabi website design and development, a title that isn't given, it's earned.
Where I Am Today
In February 2023, Kajabi officially vetted me as a Kajabi Expert. Since then, I've held the #1 position in Kajabi's own Expert Directory.
More clients came. More reviews came. But none of that is the part I hold onto.
What I Believe
Success isn't a ranking. It isn't a status.
Success is remembering where you started and matching that with how hard you're still willing to work today.
I don't compete with anyone else's achievements. I compete with who I was yesterday.
I keep learning. I keep upskilling. I keep growing.
Because the real reward was never the rank. It's the work itself — and the trust my clients place in me when they hand me their business. That's what fuels me. That's what makes all of it worth it.
Whether you're just getting started or already growing, whether you're a coach, a course creator, a consultant, or a founder scaling something bigger. If you're trying to prove something, trying to reach more people with what you know, trying to build on what you've already built: I see you. I was you.
I'm here to help you get there.

Real Results
Most of my work comes from clients who come back — for a new site, a migration, a new funnel, or ongoing monthly support. That's the clearest sign the work holds up long after launch.
I've been absolutely delighted with my collaboration with Dianne and the results of the project. Dianne built a complex sales page for me within a very reasonable timeframe, she was extremely knowledgable about the KAJABI platform, her attitude very professional, she was communicating with me effectively, responding to my feedback and questions promptly and thoroughly. I am very grateful and I am receiving wonderful feedback to the sales page from my clients. I will definitely turn to Dianne again for future projects!
